Wassen We Support Magnesium-B has been specially formulated to provide 300mg of magnesium combined with vitamin B complex and vitamin C. Magnesium is important for helping to support energy production and is responsible for over 300 enzyme reactions in the body. Magnesium also plays a role in the normal function of the nervous system, contributes to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance. Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid all contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C has been added for the normal function of the immune system and for the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
