Return & Exchange Policy

At Pharmazita, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Whether you've changed your mind or encountered any issues with the product, we've got you covered. Our aim is to ensure your confidence when shopping with us, so you can enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

In case of missing items: When you inform us in writing, we will start our missing parcel procedure if your order fails to arrive within 14 days (UK only).

We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that the non-arrival of the parcel belongs to us we will offer you a replacement first and if you wish not to take that option we will then proceed with a refund which will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order via PayPal as our payment method is via PayPal.

Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that we consider to be insecure. If this is the case our team will contact and ask you to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders.

Exchange & Return Policy of Delivered Goods

 

At Pharmazita, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic health and beauty products. Due to the nature of the products we sell (vitamins, supplements, beauty and hygiene goods), we must adhere to strict health and safety guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Timeframe for Exchanges We accept written requests via email for exchanges within 14 days of the date you received your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Goods To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned to us in perfect, saleable condition. This means:

  • Seals must be unbroken: If the safety seal, blister pack, authenticity seal, lid, or shrink wrap has been broken, tampered with, or removed, we cannot accept the return.

  • Unopened and Unused: The product must not have been opened or used in any way.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box/packaging without damage.

3. Hygiene & Safety Exclusions For health and safety reasons, we strictly do not accept exchanges or refunds on hygiene-sensitive items once they have left our control, unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened vitamins or supplements.

  • Cosmetics and skincare (creams, lotions) that are unsealed.

  • Personal hygiene tools (e.g., toothbrushes, grooming kits).

4. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery Policy As Pharmazita operates on a low-margin model to provide you with the best prices:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Exchange Shipping Fee: While your original order qualified for Free UK Delivery, exchanged items do not qualify for free delivery. If you choose to exchange an item (where the error was not ours), you will be required to pay the standard shipping cost for the new item to be sent out to you.

5. Rejection of Returns Pharmazita reserves the right to inspect all returned goods.

  • If an item is returned to us opened, used, with broken seals, or in non-saleable condition, the exchange will be rejected.

  • In such cases, no refund or exchange will be issued.

  • The item will be returned to you, and you may be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

To start an exchange, please contact our support team at info@pharmazita.com with your Order Number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Do not return items until you have received authorisation from our team.
